Welcome to our community!

Prenatal Yoga Center is happy to offer LIVESTREAM, RE-RELEASE and IN PERSON/IN STUDIO options for prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga, Baby & Me, as well as all of our workshops.


There will be time after each class or workshop to interact with the group and ask questions. Our teaching community is committed to being there for you!

How do I register for classes?

  • Please register for classes HERE.
  • We are located in NYC. All class times are on Eastern Standard Time (EST)
  • If you are already a student at PYC, you have an account. You just need to go to “forgot password” to reset it. Don’t make a second account!
  • If you are new, welcome! Please make an account and purchase the appropriate class package for your needs.
  • Registration closes 10 minutes prior to the start of the class or workshop.
  • If you haven’t received the link 10 minutes prior to class time, please check your SPAM or PROMO folder.
  • Reminder for IN PERSON classes, please read the COVID Guidelines and Studio Policies 
What if I don’t have yoga props at home?
We recommend investing in a few inexpensive props to keep at home, but you can certainly improvise. A yoga mat and two 4-inch blocks are a great place to start. It’s also helpful to have a blanket or towel, and a pillow or couch cushion to serve as a bolster. If you don’t have yoga blocks, you can use shoe boxes, a couple of small toddler stools, stacks of books, or cans (anything that gives your hands about 8-10 inches of height off the floor will work)!

Enjoy four 1-hour classes that offer the perfect balance of an invigorating vinyasa, juicy seated poses & quiet meditation to connect to baby.


Each class attends to common pregnancy aches & pains, pelvic floor balancing & coping skills for labor.


You will receive access to the following videos for 6 weeks: Backbends & Chest Opening, Squatting: Opening the Pelvis to Prepare For Birth, Balancing Ease & Effort, and Happy Hips.
