A regular prenatal yoga practice can help reduce stress, alleviate pregnancy pains, develop useful coping skills for labor, connect with your baby & prep your body for a more functional birth. Continuing that practice during your 4th trimester can help with postpartum healing (including restoring balance to your core and pelvic floor) and relaxation.

If you give birth before finishing your class package or series, your unused classes or days will carry over to Postnatal Yoga classes. You will have 6 months from your baby’s birthday to finish your package.

We understand that postpartum healing isn’t linear.  For that reason, all postpartum class packs are valid for 6-months.

For vaginal births, you must wait until the bleeding has stopped (usually around 4 weeks).  For cesarean births you must wait at least 6 weeks.  Always consult with your care provider before returning to yoga.
