Through a regular practice, prenatal yoga can help reduce stress, alleviate common aches and pains of pregnancy, create ease and balance in your body for a more functional birth and develop useful coping skills and relaxation techniques for birth.
To help you find your path into a regular practice, we have developed several options for class packages and series. Come and join us for class!
If you give birth before finishing your class package or series, your unused classes or days will carry over to Postnatal Yoga classes. You will have 6 months from your baby’s birthday to finish your package.
Are you currently enrolled as an academic student? Take 15% off an 8-Class Pack or the One Month Unlimited package. Email firstname.lastname@example.org a photo of your student ID or proof of enrollment at an academic institution and we’ll send you the code to use at checkout!

Postnatal packages are valid for 6 months.
For vaginal births, you must wait until the bleeding has stopped, usually around 4 weeks after birth. For cesarean births you must wait at least 6 weeks.
Always consult with your care provider before returning to yoga.
