A regular prenatal yoga practice can help reduce stress, alleviate pregnancy pains, develop useful coping skills for labor, connect with your baby & prep your body for a more functional birth. Continuing that practice during your 4th trimester can help with postpartum healing (including restoring balance to your core and pelvic floor) and relaxation.
