Great news! The PYC Method Licensing Program makes it possible for trained prenatal yoga teachers to share Prenatal Yoga Center’s approach beyond our New York studio. All licensed teachers have completed PYC’s teacher training and continue their professional development through ongoing education and mentorship.

The PYC Method is built on a three-prong approach that fosters community, weaves childbirth education into every class, and uses yoga asana and functional strength training to support an easier birth and smoother recovery. When you take class with a PYC Method licensed teacher, you can expect a supportive, pregnancy-focused experience rooted in safety and care.
