Body Ready Birth™
Body Ready Birth™ with Ellyn Gerry, RN, WHNP, LCCE, RPYT, BRM® Pro
Body Ready Birth™ is an innovative, 2 hour workshop designed for you and your partner to reclaim the body’s natural wisdom for birth. Minimize (or avoid) birth injuries by utilizing breath work, pelvic floor training and functional core preparation. No prior movement experience required.
Your registration includes both the live workshop with Ellyn and a student packet with lifetime access to the PDFs and videos.
Get ready to create flow, balance and space:
- Explore the concept of Labor Flow State and how inner work, communication and education (ICE) can influence this state
- Learn about the dynamic, moveable pelvis and baby’s journey through the 3 levels of the pelvis
- Experience the 4 Base positions and 8 Key moves of the pelvis that can create more space and where they can restrict space
- Practice positions and techniques to help labor progress smoothly and effectively while creating mind/body connection so that you can intuitively access them even in the stress of birth!
- Utilize effective hands-on techniques to support baby’s journey through the pelvis and develop confidence as a team, going into birth with the clear wisdom of what to do, when and why
