Today on Yoga| Birth| Babies, we have a special community birth story from Paige Host. Paige had been coming to PYC a lot during her pregnancy (and still is postpartum!) and served as a major support and friendly face to other students. Her story is inspiring as it revolves around the ideas of letting go of control and self-trust.
Paige has lived in NYC for over a decade, where she met her husband. As a self-described nature nut, Central Park is Paige’s saving grace for grounding herself in the midst of city life. She loves to travel, run, listen to music, and be with friends and family. She is a new mother to her son, Landon!
In this episode, you will learn:
- About Paige
- How she prepared for her upcoming birth, and what things were important to her while preparing for birth
- Things that were important to Paige about your birth plan/preferences
- About her birth!
- How she learned to trust herself and let go of control
