Scholarship Details:

• Eligibility: Open to individuals who identify as Black, Indigenous or a Person of Color and have completed at least a 200-hour yoga teacher training
• Support: $500 awarded to one individual (to be applied to the program’s $1600 tuition)
• Availability: Each individual training has one available scholarship. If you do not see the training of your choice on the application, it’s because funds have been claimed for that session.

Tuition & Enrollment

• A non-refundable deposit of $550 is required to secure your place in the training.

• The remaining balance is due by the specified deadline and must be paid in full to access the course manual and online classroom.

• Declined payments will incur a $25 fee per day until resolved.

• The training officially begins upon release of the online classroom, which occurs 30–31 days before the first live weekend.

• Refunds (minus the deposit) are available up to three weeks before the training starts. After this point, no refunds or credits will be issued.

• Deferments (only granted in emergency situations and before training begins) are subject to a $400 fee and must be used within one year.

• Once training begins, no refunds, credits, or deferments are available.

• We welcome pregnant students, but if your due date is before the final exam or your schedule is too full, we recommend waiting for a future session.

• Both live weekends must be attended within the same training session.

Training Requirements

• Complete and pass all pre-training quizzes.

• Attend ALL live weekends (in-person or online); attendance is mandatory and cannot be made up.

• Live weekends are not recorded. No exceptions.

• Training is held in Eastern Standard Time (EST)—please adjust your availability accordingly.

• Complete all four modules in the online classroom and corresponding video content.

• Be prepared to take the seat of a teacher in a group setting.

• Complete the required reading list.

• Submit all written assignments using the Homework Tracker.

• Attend or observe a minimum of 4 prenatal yoga classes.

• Complete the written final exam during the final weekend. If failed, one retry is allowed within 30 days.

• Complete the practical exam (teach a 75-minute prenatal yoga class with at least 3 pregnant students) and submit it within 30 days of the final group weekend.

• One retry is permitted for a failed practical exam within 30 days. A $125 fee applies for late submissions.

• No submissions are accepted beyond 6 months from the training date.

• If exams are not passed after two attempts, the trainee may receive a Certificate of Participation or may re-enroll at full cost.
