This educational and movement based introductory workshop will focus on postpartum safe exercises in order to rehabilitate your core and pelvic floor.
We’ll focus on postpartum safe exercises in order to work on your core and pelvic floor healing journey. In addition, you will learn some things you might be doing that may be causing further damage to your core and pelvic floor. This is a great deep dive class that will help you move forward on your postpartum recovery and facilitate retraining your body to feel confident and strong again.

Chantal Traub is the owner and founder of Pushing Power™ – a workshop to empower body and mind for birth, push effectively and protect the pelvic floor. She is passionate about teaching women about core health for birth and beyond and to give them the tools and resources to help themselves. Chantal is a Certified Doula and Childbirth Educator (LAMAZE, CEA/MNY) and has been teaching and assisting expecting families in the New York Metro area since 2003. She is also Certified in both Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga and is a Certified MUTU® System Pro.
