Dana first found yoga on a rainy Seattle evening in 2011 and has been in love with the teachings and movements of the practice ever since. She completed her 200 hour training in 2016 at The Pad Studios in San Francisco, and was eager to continue her training at the Prenatal Yoga Center when she relocated to New York City earlier this year. She is currently studying for a course on Holistic Nutrition through AFPA in order to combine nutrition and yoga for a well-rounded approach to overall heath and wellness. Dana’s classes encourage proper alignment and strength building, and aim to energize and empower women in their practice. Dana enjoys Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga coupled with soulful music at home and in studios around the Upper West Side.
