Connect to Your Core: A Postpartum Workshop

Connect to Your Core: A Postpartum Workshop

with Lindsey Vestal of the Functional Pelvis

Thursday, September 10th  10:00am | $95 Early Bird Registration (ends August 10th) | $125 after August 10th

Please note all workshops are being offered online at this time.

You’ve heard that planks, crunches, and sit ups aren’t ideal for postpartum bodies, so how are you supposed to train your core?
Your core is actually a system that includes your pelvic floor.

Your pelvic floor is just like any muscle group and can be strengthened by the right kind of exercises.

Join Lindsey Vestal from the Functional Pelvis (and frequent guest on Deb’s podcast Yoga | Birth | Babies)  for an interactive workshop with a yoga flow that integrates our pelvic floor discussion.

You will also learn:

  • How dysfunction in your core and pelvic floor may lead to incontinence
  • Specific exercises and movement patterns that help restore your core
  • Why most exercises target the 6 pack abs when they should be focusing on the deep postural system
This class is geared toward all postpartum people looking to find that connection to their core and pelvic floor.
Register for the class by August 1st for the early bird rate of $95!
Class will be $125 after August 1st.
Please note this class will be offered live through zoom as Lindsey is currently located in Paris continuing her pelvic floor studies.
