		<description>Surgery is not the answer to prolapse!  If you have surgery for prolapse, you have a 500% greater chance than the general population, of going on and having even worse prolapse issues.  And I don't even want to talk about the increased chance of urinary AND fecal incontinence!  Let alone trying to have a sex life!

I've had shocking incontinence &#38; a stage 2 bladder prolapse, and have found that mine have been largely fixed by changing a few simple habits.  Read my story and tips at http://misskalypso.wordpress.com/2011/09/21/incontinenceprolapsepelvicfloorhealth/  Good luck!</description>
