Community Birth Story: Chantal Eder

In this episode of Yoga | Birth | Babies, I speak with new mother and yoga teacher, Chantal Eder. We discus the the challenges and joys of pregnancy and new motherhood. Chantal also opens up about her surprisingly unique birth and processing the experience. About Chantal :
Chantal is a yoga instructor who specializes in alignment based practice, pre-natal and postnatal yoga and is currently completing her 100hr backcare and scoliosis certification with Alison West. A born traveler she has lived in Canada, London and now resides in NYC, where she has just given birth to her first child Josef Hiroshi. She studied with Deb and Caprice at PYC during her pregnancy and is passionate about sharing her experience of childbirth to support women in their own journey to motherhood.
