Thank you so much for this blog!!! I am in my 6th month, and relatively big and prone to prenatal suggestions, so I have been sleeping on my side for months. The hip pain is unbearable and wakes me up often in the night. I purchased a body pillow around 2 1/2 months ago, and that has really helped, but did not relieve all pain. When I stretch my legs, I notice it does make it better. Thank you so much for the positioning advice--will definitely try it! Also, I have complained of this pain to many--either getting a "maybe it's sciatic or just one of the pregnancy pains." It is helpful to get a more specific answer.
